Naga and the Captainess

Sunset over a park with a large sculptures of a sea serpent and waterfall, people cycling and walking, and a cloudy sky.
A whimsical park scene with a large metallic dragon statue emerging from water, set against a backdrop of tall trees and a hillside. Children are seen playing in the pool, and a boat is floating nearby, creating a fantasy-like atmosphere.

Naga and the Captainess is a massive sculptural project that currently resides in Golden Gate Park. It was first installed at Burning Man in 2024, where it was part of an immersive display that included a Shipwreck, fully decorated Captainess’s quarters, a climbable mast, and multiple fire barrels. I provided extensive design, 3D rendering, and fabrication work to this project. Much more info at https://www.nagaandthecaptainess.com/
